Most cleaning is scheduled on certain intervals, every weekend, every 14 days, every 28 days. Normal contractors would struggle with providing this workforce on an "as needed basis" because what do you do with this workforce in between times. Fayette has developed a highly skilled workforce providing 15-300 cleaning associates both on a schedule or on an emergency basis.
Many food companies have very similar equipment including; packaging, ovens, conveyors. This equipment tends to be high tech with computer controlled processes which must be cleaned carefully without creating wet or dusty environments.
Most food manufacturers who do their own cleaning, schedule this cleaning on OT paying much more $ than using Fayette on a contract basis. Note Fayette charges the same rate whether we perform work during the week, weekend or holidays. Fayette's cost is predictable versus a manufacturer using his own people.
